Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is a healthcare profession that cares for your neuromusculoskeletal system—the bones, nerves, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. A chiropractor helps manage various types of pain including back and neck pain through the use of spinal adjustments to maintain good structural alignment
Massage Therapy

Our massage therapists use massage therapy by kneading the soft tissues of your body. The soft tissues include muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. The massage therapist varies the amount of pressure and movement in a systematic way to help you heal.
Our massage are part of integrative medicine approach. We incorporate this into our standard treatment and is used for a wide range of medical conditions.

Meditation Classes

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a different techniques to train attention and awareness and detach from reflexive, "discursive thinking," Essentially this helps to decrease anxiety, depression and help achieve mental clarity and emotionally calm and stable state.
Techniques are broadly classified into focused (or concentrative) and open monitoring methods. Focused methods involve attention to specific objects like breath, while open monitoring includes mindfulness and awareness of mental events.
Yoga & Tai Chi Classes

At Healing Journey we use simple ver versions of yoga to help loosen the mind and body. These classes are created for aligning mind and body to help melt away stress levels and stabilize emotions.
Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion," but it might well be called "medication in motion." There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. You can get started even if you aren't in top shape or the best of health.
This low-impact, slow-motion exercise, goes without pausing through a series of motions — or martial arts moves. As you move, you breathe deeply and naturally, focusing your attention — as in some kinds of meditation — on your bodily sensations
Sound Baths & Energy Healing

A sound bath is an experience where you’re immersed in deep sound vibrations while you lay on your back in a calm quiet room. “The idea is that these vibrations are at specific tones and frequencies and have the ability to heal your body,” says physician assistant Karen Bond, PA-C.
More precisely, sound baths are rooted in the idea that these particular frequencies correspond to specific energy centers in your body and when you are immersed in them, it causes your body to align and center itself essentially eradicating stress and ailments.
